Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Boca Raton. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
