What You’ll Do
- Contribute to accounting operations and close processes that support business goals, financial accuracy, and reporting integrity
- Partner with finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and management to align priorities, resolve issues, and move work forward with accountability
- Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preparation
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly with internal stakeholders and management
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support fixed asset accounting, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation in accordance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company financial procedures
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial operations
What You Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience with financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (for example, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) to support productivity and analysis, where applicable
Basic Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to SOX compliance, audits, and financial controls
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or healthcare-focused environment
