What You’ll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you will support daily accounting operations and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information
• Processing and analyzing inventory
• Managing order processing
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Supporting route accounting activities
• Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a professional manner
• Assisting with month-end close, including reports, general ledger entries, and accruals
• Providing general administrative support (copying, filing, etc.)
• Completing other duties as assigned

This role is a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
• Have a knowledge & familiarity of accounting principles
• Have 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, or similar accounting functions
• Are both detail-oriented and solution-focused
• Can manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• Hold (or are currently pursuing) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Compensation
$20.78 – $23.98 per hour, depending on experience

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
