Job Description

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role performs general accounting duties and is a key contributor to the financial closing process. Position will perform general accounting duties including, but not limited to, the following:

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of journal entry preparation, schedule submission, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, Including fixed assets and various balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly and year-end corporate schedules.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc) as needed to ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger.
• Support the completion of annual SOX requirements through the design, assessment and testing phases
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
• Other General Accounting duties as required.

• Education + Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required. 0 - 3 years experience in Accounting
• Team player with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Exposure to Oracle ERP a plus
• Strong demonstration of business ethics and integrity.
