What You’ll Do

• Support and help drive the month-end close process
  • ​Focused in, but not limited to:
    • Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
    • Fixed asset maintenance
    • Debt & liability maintenance
    • Debt & liability maintenance
    • Prepaids & accruals
    • Multi-entity allocation
• Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with operations to understand the “why” behind the numbers
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 1-4 years of experience
• Solid GAAP knowledge
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with Sage Intacct is a huge plus!
• Detail-oriented, driven, and growth-minded
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred, not required
• Multi-entity or service industry experience is a bonus!
