Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Associate's will be considered if candidate has healthy experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of in multiple accounting functions. I.e. bookkeeping, must have a mixed of recent accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks Online or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tool
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Customer service or customer facing experience require, this role is a support role to the legal department and other departments at the firm and will foster strong working relationship.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Will handle other related duties assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tools.

This role will work onsite Monday-Friday
