Staff Accountant

We have an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant to own our billing operations, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to manage recurring financial workflows.

What you'll do:

• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, credit memos, and close entries (interest, bad debt, amortization, prepaids, bonus accrual)
• Reconcile bank statements and perform flux analysis, investigating significant variances
• Record cash receipts and invoices into NetSuite
• Monitor signed contracts; create billing accounts and invoices
• Support audit confirmations, ad hoc reporting, and data compilation projects
• Send client account statements and follow up on outstanding invoices

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 Years of accounting experience
• Experience with billing systems and ERP platforms; NetSuite experience is ideal
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, close processes, and AR workflows
• Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple accounts
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable — teammates and clients can count on you to follow through
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, low-ego approach to the work
