Primary Responsibilities The Staff Accountant supports the daily accounting operations of Integrated Protection Services by ensuring accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls across the organization. This role plays an important part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting decision-making, and helping IPS operate efficiently as a growing multi-branch organization. At IPS, we believe accountability, ownership, and teamwork drive long-term success. The Staff Accountant works closely with the Accounting Manager and transactional accounting team to ensure financial processes are completed accurately, deadlines are met, and financial information supports sound business decisions across the company. This role also provides day-to-day oversight and support for transactional accounting roles and activities while identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and financial visibility.
