Description: Hiring Manager: Kelly Shelburg Request Number: 15425-1 Job Title: Staff Accountant I (2 openings) Location: Urbandale – Meredith Duration: Temporary-to-hire opportunity through 12/31/2027 Bill Rate: ***/hour Hours: Flexible schedule with start time as early as 7:00 AM Work Schedule: 3 days onsite per week for the first 4 weeks; thereafter, approximately 1–2 days onsite per week Ideal Start Date: Flexible Interview Process: One interview with Kelly Shelburg and one of the following team members: Tyler Kinkade, Madison Schmidt, Holly Beenken, or Conner O’Toole. Education: College degree or up to 4 years of related work experience preferred Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experienceRole Details •Support commissions, revenue, and cash application activities •External communication via email with clients and insurance carriers •Assist with policy builds •Work within Oracle to research and resolve overpayments and underpayments •Identify and resolve payment discrepancies •Accuracy and attention to detail are important due to interaction with client-facing teams •Looking for someone who is dependable and comfortable working within a team environment •Team currently consists of 9 individuals, including the manager •The team is building out a cash application system as part of the transition to FTEIdeal Candidate The manager is looking for someone with cash application experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable resolving discrepancies and communicating externally with clients and insurance carriers.Custom Fields: Name: Intake Conversation Value: None
