  Responsibilities:

• Assist in the accounting and control of inventory fixed assets.
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly & annual closing process.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations & financial analysis.
• Prepare and enter journal entries ensuring proper back up to substantiate the entry.
• Prepare monthly financial & operational reports.
• Provide support with various corporate accounting functions.
• Communicate effectively with Branch personnel and management as needed.
• Participate in annual physical inventory at branch locations.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel required and exceptional MS Office skills.
• Motivated individual with ability to quickly learn on the job and be adaptable to new assignments and learning opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and provide creative real-time problem-solving solutions.

• Ability to work effectively and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must be effective with time management.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
