As a Staff Accountant at GRADD, you play a vital role in ensuring financial integrity across grant-funded programs. Your work directly supports initiatives that improve lives throughout the region, making you an essential partner in both compliance and impact.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining systems to track grants and contracts in compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements
- Managing financial processes including drawdowns, expense reporting, and monthly financial tracking
- Supporting post-award grant activities, including budget monitoring and corrections
- Processing payments to subcontractors and reconciling financial activity
- Preparing and maintaining fiscal reports for partner agencies and programs
- Assisting with grant close-outs and annual budget preparation
- Serving as a financial resource for program staff, partners, and stakeholders
What You Bring: Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with grant or fiscal program management preferred
