JOB SUMMARY

First Presbyterian Church seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to serve First Presbyterian Church (FPC), First Presbyterian Day School (FPDS), and Twin Lakes (TL). The Staff Accountant executes the day-to-day accounting operations for FPC, FPDS, and TL. This role maintains the general ledger, executes the monthly close process, performs reconciliations, and prepares internal financial reports to ensure reliable and timely financial data.  The Staff Accountant reports to the Director of Finance & Administration and serves as a key technical contributor within the finance function.

Month-End Close & Reconciliations

Credit Card & Expense Administration

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Staff Accountant is offered an annual salary, payable in 26 equal bi-weekly installments.  FPC Jackson provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being and financial security. Benefits available to eligible full-time staff members include:
