We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities and Job Duties:

Process AP invoices, vendor payments, corporate card activity, and weekly check runs
Code invoices to job cost and equipment accounts while maintaining vendor records and lien waivers
Enter billings into Spectrum and support AR reporting, apply customer payments and support equipment billing processes
Assist with reconciliations and maintain prepaid schedules and reconciliation support files
Assist with payroll processing, reporting and labor & equipment updates
Maintain fixed assets, depreciation, and equipment tracking records
Assist with journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting support
Assist with ERP cleanup and data organization
Maintain accounting documentation and support audit requests
Support Senior Accountant with ad hoc accounting tasks & other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience.
Construction experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
