Staff Accountant

We're looking for a Staff Accountant who takes pride in getting the details right, someone who brings the same precision to the books that our craftspeople bring to the build.

This isn't a role where you'll just move numbers from one screen to another.

You'll work directly with our Controller and CFO, managing day-to-day accounting for multiple entities across several states and keeping the project financials behind our custom homes, renovations, and additions accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be Trusted to Do

As a Staff Accountant, you'll own the daily accounting work that keeps our projects and our company running smoothly, while building deep expertise in construction finance.

• Enter monthly client requisitions and post daily cash receipts.
• Process project accounts payable, including materials and subcontracts.
• Enter and reconcile credit card charges.
• Collect and review Certificates of Insurance from subcontractors.
• Analyze and reconcile project financials, prepare financial reports, and maintain vehicle fleet records.
• Assist the Controller and CFO with semi-monthly payroll, audits, and special projects.
