We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance across all accounting functions. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track financial performance
- Monitor expenditures and help identify risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate on internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Assist with financial statement disclosures and reporting requirements
- Conduct financial research and respond to management inquiries
- Support inventory accounting and product costing processes
- Partner with the Corporate Controller on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- CPA certification preferred
Work Environment
- Standard business hours, with occasional extended hours during close cycles
- Office-based, climate-controlled environment
- Minimal to no travel required
