Staff Accountant

Creative Homes is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our high energy, rapidly growing team!   

• Staff Accountant Responsibilities:    
• Accounts Payable back-up 
• Create and Distribute Weekly Reports  
• AP and Vendor Inquiries 
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts? 
• Review P&L Monthly and Month End Reports 
• Bank Reconciliations 
• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations 
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis,?identify?trends, and make recommendations for improvements 
• Prepare and Request draws 
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews? 
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics? 
• Other Projects as Assigned 

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Job requires excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Must have the attitude and ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with an energetic, professional, and positive demeanor.
