Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting tasks with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable and cash accounting.
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month‑end close.
- Support revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Provide support for additional accounting functions as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and NetForum strongly desired.
- Must be deadline-driven, focused, and analytically minded.
- Nonprofit (NFP) experience and exposure to membership organizations are a plus.
