Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper to support its day-to-day accounting operations. This role will be primarily responsible for monthly bank and GL account reconciliations. Additional GL duties will include assisting with general ledger accounting and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities
Support accounting operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Specialist, or Bookkeeper
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with bank reconciliations, and general accounting processes
Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred
Intermediate accounting and Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information:

Approximately 3 days per week onsite in the Maryland Farms area
Collaborative culture with direct interaction with leadership

Location: Maryland Farms (Brentwood, TN)
Target Pay rate: $32-36.50
Compensation: Target compensation once permanent in the $70,000s
