TES Staffing is supporting a wholesale beverage distributor that supplies a wide range of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic products to retailers, bars, and restaurants
Salary and Benefits:
$60,000 – $65,000 + Growth Opportunity

What You’ll Do
You’ll get hands-on experience across core accounting functions, including:
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Reviewing and coding invoices (AP) and supporting payment processes
- Reconciling bank accounts and financial records
- Assisting with month-end close activities
- Supporting audits and gathering financial documentation
- Filing tax forms (state, local, and federal)
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
What We are Looking For

✔ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables are a big plus)
✔ Understanding of accounting fundamentals

🎓 Bachelor’s degree preferred—but strong candidates with an Associate’s or equivalent experience will absolutely be considered

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Systems: AS400, iDig reporting, heavy Excel use
Reports to: Accounting Manager
