<\/div>You’ll own the AP process from end -to -end – invoice verification, payment processing, vendor management, and reconciliation.

<\/div>Your Day -to -Day Will Include:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/div>
- Leading AP operations – verifying invoices, coding, ensuring approvals, reconciling vendor statements.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Managing daily cash tracking and preparing payment templates.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Performing bank and General Ledger reconciliations.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Preparing cash projections and supporting month -end closing activities.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assisting with external and internal audits.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Tracking and reporting on daily sales transactions for accuracy.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborating with the broader team for accurate reporting and clean financials.

<\/div>We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/div>- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - 3+ years of accounting experience (freight forwarding industry preferred).
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Expertise in Accounts Payable and general accounting principles.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience with inventory or cost accounting is a plus.
