What You'll Do

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reporting
• Support full-cycle inventory counts and related accounting activities
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and allocations
• Develop and analyze financial reports for operations and budgeting
• Support internal and external audits, including annual financial audit preparation
• Assist with corporate tax processes, including:
  • Annual tax return support
  • Quarterly tax estimate payments
  • Sales tax filings, as needed
• Manage correspondence with federal, state, and local agencies
• Ensure compliance with registrations and regulatory requirements
• Maintain organized financial documentation and internal records
• Collaborate with leadership on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Two (2) years of accounting or related experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience with intercompany transactions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or CMA designation
• Three (3) plus years of accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing environment
• Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
• Exposure to financial audits and corporate tax processes
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
