We’re looking for an Entry-Level Staff Accountant who is ready to launch their career, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and collaborative finance team.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll build your accounting foundation while contributing to key financial processes:

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support day-to-day accounting tasks such as tracking expenses, reviewing transactions, and maintaining accurate records
• Help manage fixed assets, including tracking additions, updates, and depreciation
• Run reports and analyze data from systems like Salesforce to ensure accuracy
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies, with guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting support
• Collaborate with team members across departments to answer basic accounting questions
• Assist with ad hoc reports and special projects to support the finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or coursework experience encouraged!)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus)
• Comfortable working with Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data organization)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and able to work well in a team setting
