• 1–3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support financial operations and accounting functions. The Staff Accountant will manage accounts receivable processes, assist with financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and timely
• Post and reconcile payments including ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards
• Monitor past-due balances and assist with collections
• Maintain accurate customer and accounts receivable records
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and schedules
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support accounting projects and administrative tasks as needed
