Cydcor is looking for a data-driven FP&A leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, BI, and Revenue Operations, supporting leadership with forward-looking analysis, pipeline visibility, and scalable financial processes. The right candidate is a self-starter with SaaS or tech-adjacent experience, strong modeling skills, AI acumen, and a bias toward building systems that scale.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance reporting, and pipeline analysis with a focus on revenue operations and growth metrics
- Lead corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of the annual company-wide planning process, with emphasis on headcount and revenue modeling
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting scenario planning, growth projections, and executive decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial planning with go-to-market strategy
- Drive process improvement initiatives including automation, reporting infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team with clear expectations and a culture of high performance
- Prepare and present executive and board-level financial analysis with clarity and confidence
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong FP&A fundamentals including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
- High business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy; brings a leadership mindset, not just an execution mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling FP&A processes in a company growing toward $1B in revenue
- Background in or exposure to private equity-backed environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with non-finance business partners (Sales, Operations, Marketing), with comfort operating in field-driven or distributed organizations
- Familiarity with CRM-integrated forecasting (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for financial data analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated comfort incorporating emerging technology into workflows
- Experience with Great Plains and/or Salesforce.com
