| The Senior FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Manufacturing division of Performance Food Group in Englewood, CO. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining full P&L forecasts, supporting the annual operating plan, and delivering timely, actionable insights on financial and operational performance. The analyst partners cross-functionally with operations, sales, and accounting to analyze results, investigate variances and drive improved decision-making. This position also plays a key role in building financial models, supporting profitability and cost optimization initiatives and enhancing reporting processes. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, effective communication across a highly matrixed organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering independent, data-driven insights that support business growth. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent relevant experience
4+ years of financial analysis experience which must include budgeting, forecasting, and modeling of both revenue and expenses
Must have extensive Microsoft Excel experience and working with large data sets from multiple sources
Live in Colorado
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience financial analysis experience which must include budgeting, forecasting, and modeling of both revenue and expenses
Experience doing financial analysis at a public company strongly preferred
Manufacturing, distribution or food service industry knowledge
