Location: Chicago (Hybrid, 3 days/wk in office, 2 days/wk WFH)

Salary: Up to 130K (see what candidates need)

Bonus: 20%

Position summary:

You will join a team of financial professionals responsible for monthly/quarterly investment performance reporting, performance analysis, budgeting, re-forecasting, underwriting, and various ad-hoc dynamic analysis. You will interact frequently with LivCor asset management and executive leadership, Blackstone multifamily asset management, and Revantage(Blackstone's Shared Services company). You will be responsible for operational/financial reports and analysis presented to Blackstone and LivCor's executive leadership team. This position reports to the Manager - Capital Analytics and assumes frequent interaction with Construction Regional Directors.

You will not be sitting at your desk all day everyday in this role, as you will have opportunities to visit on-site projects for assessment and process improvement.

Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience in Finance

-Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, real estate, or accounting

-Experience with PowerBI and SQL

-Understanding of accounting and capital policy

-Mastery with Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to haves:

-Experience with PowerQuery/Microsoft Power Suite

-Experience in the Real Estate industry
