As a Sr Finance Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success for the Refrigerants and Applied Solutions (RAS) segment. In this role, you'll be a key influencer in shaping the financial success of Solstice. You will drive financial strategies, provide insightful guidance, and ensure operational excellence. Your work will directly impact our growth, profitability, and long-term financial health.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own consolidation and analysis of financials for four continuous manufacturing sites in the United States
- Lead Supply Chain AOP/Forecasting process for the segment, driving continuous improvement and synergies
- Provide Ad Hoc Financial analysis and special projects for Supply Chain finance leader
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel
- Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing / auditing environment
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary for this position is $164,613-$205,766. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive eligible.
