Summary: The Senior Analyst Benefits is responsible for running the complexities of the Company’s Health & Welfare and/or retirement plans. This role provides communication, analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs; this includes maintaining partnerships with outsource vendor partners, customer service, compliance, and audit. The Senior Analyst manages complex audits and analytical reports while utilizing critical thinking to provide recommendations for benefit management and design.

Paid Time Off: Envision offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Responsibilities
- Understands, manages and/or oversees the following:
- Large-scale and complex benefit plans to effectively provide customer service, educate employees, management, and HR community, serving as a contact for all complex issues that are escalated, ensuring compliance to all federal and state laws, and internal business procedures.
- Mass changes to systems and processes so Standard Operating Procedures can be accurately and appropriately maintained.
- Large-scale and complex vendor relationships and is the point of contact on issue resolution for escalated systemic issues.
- Year-end plan compliance reporting, data gathering and communication.
- Complex and highly skilled data analysis work involving a variety of sources and data elements to ensure all plans are working appropriately and data integrity is maintained; including coordinating in-bound and out-bound transfers of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration and working with payroll to ensure accurate processing of plans.
- Implements, maintains, and updates group benefits in our systems benefit records and vendor portals; preparing regular benefit reports by extracting data from the database, testing system functionality and working with end users to provide system support and troubleshoot system problems.
- Coordinates and executes all set up and testing of system upgrades.
- Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in processes and procedures by evaluating and implementing efficiencies.
- Serve as liaison representing, benefits with business partners, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and methods associated with health & welfare administration and retirement programs administration and audits.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Oracle Cloud preferred
- High level of proficiency in the operation of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) such as: Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas such as VLOOKUP
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, graphs/charts needed to create executive level presentations
- Microsoft Access preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply a variety of rules, policies, and procedures with attention detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing with a diverse population.
- Ability to exercise discretion and ensure a high level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines
- Detail oriented and follow through is key
- Good organizational skills
- Communicate and work well in a team environment
- Meet established production and quality goals/metrics

- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of related experience required
