Your Opportunity to Make an Impact 
Through Precision, Systems, and People at HMTX, we're looking for a talented Sr. Analyst, Payroll & People Operations to help power the employee experience through accurate payroll, exceptional data integrity, and streamlined people processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and human side of People & Culture. You'll serve as the operational owner for U.S. payroll while also helping drive global HR systems, employee data management, benefits administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
Own U.S. Payroll Operations Drive People Operations Excellence Who We're Looking For 
Experience & Skills Knowledge Education & Certifications The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000/yr and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.  An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
