DESCRIPTION:
Join our finance team and make a meaningful impact on global health, cleanliness, and safety. As a Senior AP/AR Representative, you'll contribute to ensuring smooth financial operations across our organization. You'll manage accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Education: Associate's degree

• At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and financial best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with invoice processing, payment systems, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex financial discrepancies.
