- Review and process invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare and execute check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with month-end closing and provide support for audits.
- High school diploma required, associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large ERP software packages, Oracle preferred.
- Detail oriented.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Nominal travel may be required.
