GENERAL DUTIES
Project Management:
- Develops, plans, tracks, and analyzes assigned projects to meet reasonable client requirements.
- Works with project sponsor(s) to define project success criteria, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Identifies project dependencies and critical paths.
- Works effectively with vendors, business sponsors, stakeholders in development of sound solutions to business problems.
- Monitors performance and progress against documented objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Performs data management and analysis. Meets deliverables and keeps to timelines notifying upper management of delays and adjustments to deliverables and timelines.
Expense & Resource Management:
- Utilizes department resource/supplies efficiently. Provides financial decision support to the business model. Assists in the development and management of operational and capital budgets.
- Estimates and identifies the resources (time and cost/return) and participants needed to achieve project goals and works in the project stakeholders to assign and manage individual responsibilities.
Communication & Documentation Support:
- Effectively communicates and manages project expectations and success criteria to project sponsors, team members, vendors and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Acts as a liaison between the management, departments, vendors, stakeholders and project teams to achieve goals.
Education and Improvement:
- Stays abreast of new and emerging methods and methodologies within Project Management.
- Becomes acquainted with the PMO pillars of excellence, in order to advance.
Other duties as required:
- Maintains professional communication at all times.
- Ensures accountability through timely follow-through and escalation as required.
- Performs other required duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of related experience
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related art field
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exhibit a high degree of customer service, cooperation, teamwork, initiative and exceptional judgement.
Demonstrated ability to achieve time-based objectives, balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively while remaining organized.
Excellent communication skills (bother verbal and written).
Demonstrated logical problem-solving capability.
