The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist ensures our teams are equipped with the best resources, whether that means discovering innovative materials, sourcing specialized hardware, or negotiating vendor relationships. This role balances cost, quality, and timeliness while acting as a proactive partner to our designers, fabricators, and project managers. Think of this role as both explorer and orchestrator: scouting the market for the right resources, then coordinating their seamless arrival into our workflow.  Responsibilities & Accountability

The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist owns the end-to-end sourcing and procurement workflow, from vendor identification to final delivery. Success is measured by anticipating project needs, delivering proactive solutions, maintaining supplier relationships, and aligning procurement practices with RGI’s collaborative culture and financial integrity. Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
