As an F&I Manager at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will play a key role in facilitating the financial and insurance aspects of vehicle purchases. Your responsibilities include presenting financing options, securing approvals, and offering additional products to customers while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless and positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of all terms.

Process loan applications and secure approval from financial institutions.

Offer additional products and services such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance packages.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and timely processing of deals.

Prepare and review all paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership and legal standards.

Maintain knowledge of all lender programs, interest rates, and financial regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Train sales staff on F&I products and procedures to enhance overall performance.

Meet or exceed dealership performance goals for revenue, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in an automotive F&I role or similar position.

Strong knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and legal compliance.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in dealership management software and financial tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
