Overview

​​​​​Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud.  Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are seeking a Site Procurement Manager for the OFCI Site Execution Team. This individual will provide strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier-management, compliance, and functional direction across regional datacenter projects, ensuring optimal cost, capacity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

This role requires to work onsite 5 days per week, and may be required to travel occasionally to the Data Center Campuses in Quebec City, Canada.

Responsibilities

These roles are responsible for partnering with the broader Global Supply Chain teams including Planning & Analytics, Supplier Quality and overall Site Projects team to meet the on-time delivery for large, complex datacenter construction project(s).  This role is responsible for managing post-award activities in support of Capital Equipment procurement and project execution.  This includes managing supplier performance and leading cross-functional teams.

Sourcing and Category Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year.
