Service Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Service Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services within our supply chain, working closely with OEMs and internal teams to meet demand and resolve any disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain management
• Proficiency in supply planning systems and inventory management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with OEMs and backlog management
• Familiarity with SEMS and Wrike tools
• Background in finance or invoice discrepancy resolution

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer backlog and provide recovery dates based on supply plans
• Review and analyze weekly supply requirements and place POs
• Maintain planning parameters for smooth supply planning and execution
• Work proactively to ensure material availability and resolve shortages
• Coordinate order processing for OEM and broker component sales
