• Prepare and maintain daily cash position reporting across domestic and international bank accounts.
• Support short-term and long-range cash forecasting, including 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and business leaders to analyze cash flow trends and forecast variances.
• Monitor cash balances and liquidity requirements across global entities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of treasury reports, dashboards, and forecasting models within Kyriba.
• Identify liquidity trends and escalate potential risks or funding needs to Treasury leadership.

• Administer bank accounts, including account openings, closures, maintenance, and signatory updates.
• Support banking relationship management and day-to-day interactions with financial institutions.
• Coordinate wire transfers, ACH payments, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other treasury transactions.
• Assist with bank fee reviews, service analysis, and banking documentation.
• Maintain bank account inventories and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

• Support intercompany funding, settlement, and cash movement activities.
• Assist with cash pooling and liquidity management initiatives.
• Maintain documentation related to intercompany loans and treasury transactions.
• Partner with Accounting and Tax to support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform treasury-related reconciliations and ensure accurate transaction recording.

• Serve as a key treasury user for Kyriba.
• Support treasury system administration, reporting, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Partner with the Treasury Systems Analyst and IT on system upgrades and enhancements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of treasury workflows and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury processes and improve data integrity.

• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and prepare reporting for Treasury leadership.
• Support FX trade execution, confirmations, settlements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with banking partners on foreign currency transactions.
• Assist with FX exposure analysis and related treasury reporting.
• Partner with Accounting to support FX accounting and reporting requirements.

• Support short-term investment activities in accordance with treasury policies.
• Assist with administration of revolving credit facilities, debt agreements, and related reporting.
• Monitor debt balances, borrowing activity, and covenant compliance requirements.
• Prepare analyses related to liquidity, financing activities, and treasury metrics.

• Support treasury integration activities related to acquisitions and divestitures.
• Assist with banking setup, account structure implementation, and liquidity planning for newly acquired entities.
• Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Provide analytical support for strategic treasury initiatives and special projects.

• Maintain compliance with treasury policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury activities.
• Prepare treasury reports and documentation for management review.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Internal Audit, and Finance teams to support governance and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve treasury processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CTP, CPA, CFA, or progress toward a professional certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or related experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
• Experience with treasury management systems, preferably Kyriba.
• Understanding of banking products, treasury controls, foreign exchange, and debt administration.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions and time zones.
