Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite)
Duration: 4 months from start date, opportunity to extend
Rate Range: Upto $107/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience across payroll, Time & Attendance, and enterprise system implementations
- Deep experience supporting union payroll and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Strong knowledge of overtime, meal penalties, shift premiums, guarantees, minimum calls, and turnaround rules
- Experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Infor, or similar Time, Payroll, or HCM platforms
- Time & Attendance system transformation and configuration experience
- Payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and data validation experience
- Integration experience across Time, Payroll, and HCM platforms
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance transformation initiatives
- Manage project governance, schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery
- Translate union agreements and payroll policies into system rules and configurations
- Lead requirements workshops with payroll, HR, and business stakeholders
- Document functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and system requirements
- Identify process gaps and automation opportunities
- Support integration design across Time, Payroll, and HCM platforms
- Validate data flows between Time & Attendance and payroll systems
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including parallel payroll validation
- Perform reconciliation between timekeeping and payroll outputs
- Coordinate system integrators and internal technical teams
- Support Agile sprint planning, testing, issue resolution, and implementation
- Ensure payroll data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
- Support implementation, training, rollout, and post-production stabilization
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of payroll, Time & Attendance, or payroll systems experience
- Proven experience leading complex Time & Attendance implementations or transformations
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll calculations in unionized environments
- Experience interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements and translating requirements into system functionality
- Experience with enterprise payroll and HCM platforms
- Strong understanding of system integrations and payroll data flows
- Experience leading functional testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll activities
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology projects
