Ready to do more than review returns? As a Senior Tax Manager focused on Private Client Services (PCS), you'll advise individuals and closely held businesses on complex tax decisions, build lasting client relationships, and lead a team that values thoughtful planning as much as technical excellence. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact on the clients you serve.

Lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for private clients and closely held businesses.

Review complex individual, business, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary tax returns.

Translate complex federal, state, and local tax issues into practical strategies that help clients plan ahead.

Build trusted client relationships through proactive advice tailored to their financial and business goals.

Oversee engagement quality, workflow, and deadlines while coaching and developing tax professionals.

Spot opportunities to provide additional tax advisory services and deepen client relationships.

Use tax research and workflow technology to deliver efficient, high-quality client service.

What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus a CPA, EA, or equivalent professional credential.

At least 7 years of progressive public accounting experience, with strong experience in complex individual and business tax.

Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.

The ability to manage multiple engagements, develop staff, and communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients.

A genuine interest in Private Client Services and building long-term advisory relationships.

What's in It for You:

$150,000 to $170,000 annual salary plus bonus.

Comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and a flexible summer schedule.

Hybrid flexibility with 2 to 3 days in the office.

CPA and continuing education reimbursement, plus training and mentorship opportunities.

If you're ready to bring your technical expertise closer to the clients and decisions that matter, we'd love to hear from you.
