Become a Key Player as a Senior Tax Manager
You will lead tax engagements and mentor staff to strengthen client relationships and drive the firm's growth. In this role you will advise on complex partnership, S corporation, and high-net-worth individual tax matters, working onsite in a Hybrid model (3 days onsite). Your work will directly impact clients, the tax team, and business development efforts.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses
- Research and resolve complex tax matters
- Review and manage tax engagements for partnerships, S corporations, and individuals
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, senior associates, and supervisors
- Serve as a technical resource for the tax team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for new business development and cultivate referral sources
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 7–10 years of tax experience in public accounting
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior management experience within a public accounting firm
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, dependability, and attention to detail

Pay Range
$125,000 - $200,000/year
