Become a Key Player as a Senior Tax Manager

You will lead tax engagements and mentor staff to strengthen client relationships and drive the firm's growth. In this role you will advise on complex partnership, S corporation, and high-net-worth individual tax matters, working onsite in a Hybrid model (3 days onsite). Your work will directly impact clients, the tax team, and business development efforts.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses
  • Research and resolve complex tax matters
  • Review and manage tax engagements for partnerships, S corporations, and individuals
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff, senior associates, and supervisors
  • Serve as a technical resource for the tax team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and cultivate referral sources
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 7–10 years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Active CPA license
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior management experience within a public accounting firm
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, dependability, and attention to detail

Pay Range

$125,000 - $200,000/year
