Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our small but dedicated staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual (1040), business (1065, 1120), and corporate tax returns.
Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations.
Assist with tax planning and consulting for clients.
Prepare and review tax work papers and supporting documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate tax preparation.
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation, with a strong emphasis on individual, business, and corporate tax returns.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Proficiency in tax preparation software (specify software if applicable).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
