HornBill has a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA). Summary: A prestigious company just 30 minutes from the city seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to spearhead its tax team! This candidate will be responsible for federal, state and local tax preparation, review, planning, and compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating federal and state income tax audits, assisting in the quarterly and year-end tax provision calculation including FAS109/ASC740 adjustments, tax planning for M&A, and other special projects
- This is bonus eligible, and fast-track into a management role
- A BS in Accounting, finance or related field is required or equivalent education and experience
- CPA preferable
- ASC740 certification is a strong plus
- 2 to 12 years of federal and state income tax experience is required
- SOX experience is a plus
- The ideal person will have large corporation or Big 4 tax department experience
