Your role:
- Working closely with Tax Partners and other senior tax staff, to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients
- Performing technical research and documenting tax plan recommendations
- Preparing individual and corporate tax returns
- Collaborate with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints
- Provide personal, attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships
- Identifying client service opportunities
What you bring to the table:
- Successful completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE), at a minimum, writing the CFE Fall 2026
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm
- Tax experience considered an asset
- Experience leading junior staff on client deliverables
- Self-motivation with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions
- Strong proficiency in client-focused service
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting time lines
