As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial operations. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and preparing financial reports. Working collaboratively with the Finance team, the Senior Staff Accountant helps ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) while providing accurate financial information that supports informed decision-making across the organization.

Work Environment: This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with responsibilities performed both remotely and in a professional office setting. Employees are expected to maintain a productive home workspace that supports confidentiality, reliability, and effective communication.

Regular or occasional travel to the organization's Corporate Headquarters and other agency locations may be required for meetings, training, collaboration, audits, or other business needs. Travel requirements will vary based on departmental priorities and organizational needs.
