We are seeking to hire an experienced Accounting Professional for a Sr. Staff Accountant position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Staff Accountant involve handling daily senior accounting duties assigned by management. Responsibilities

As a Sr. Staff Accountant, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

• Prepare and enter standing journal entries.
• Perform General Ledger entries and analysis.
• Balance sheet reconciliation.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Requirements

The primary requirements of a Sr. Staff Accountant involve:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting.
• 5+ Years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Experience with general ledger accounting software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
