Senior Staff Accountant

What You'll Do
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health of a growing global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both detail-oriented work and exposure to international operations.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries and financial reports
- Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
- Support accounting operations across ASEA's international subsidiaries
- Assist with financial planning, audits, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on accounting matters
- Contribute to process improvements and take on additional projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
Preferred:
- Experience with international accounting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
- Exposure to inventory or cost accounting
- Experience working with external accounting partners
