SUMMARY
The Senior Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Chile
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute gross-to-net payroll processing activities for assigned Americas countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Perform detailed payroll audits, variance analysis, and reconciliation activities to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with payroll controls, SOX requirements, audit standards, and regional payroll policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect employee payroll data in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
- Manage LOA transaction entry and employee inquiries related to the how and why the pay was calculated.
- Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance with legislation.
- Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication with regional policy.
- Develop, maintain, validate, and continuously improve standard work documentation for regional payroll processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify process inefficiencies, and support payroll harmonization and standardization efforts across the region.
- Process equity inclusions, relocation, imputed income, and other taxable inclusions
- Escalate payroll related issues, seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems and propose reasonable solutions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Total Rewards, and OpCo stakeholders to support payroll operations and resolve complex issues.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of ADP GlobalView, Celergo and eTime
- Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex payroll issues and ensure service delivery expectations are met.
- Support daily visual management to easily identify areas for improvement, control limits and additional opportunities for measurements to increase optimization.
- Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll related documentation.
- Calculate termination and deceased wage payments compliant with country legislations.
- Monitor and support employee escalations and inquiries.
- Payroll Tax Management
- Ability to run standard and create ad hoc reports.
- Manage and resolve payroll inquiries submitted through ServiceNow or designated case management systems, ensuring SLA compliance and exceptional employee support.

- Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.

- Minimum (5) years’ experience, including responsibility for multiple countries within the Americas region, in payroll shared service models preferably using ADP GlobalView, Celergo and eTime.
- Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the region.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.
- Deep knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.
