FSS Overview: The Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) organization supports McKesson businesses by delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant financial operations. Within FSS, the Supplier and Customer Finance (SCF) team manages high‑volume financial transactions related to McKesson’s service offerings, with a focus on ensuring accurate customer pricing through rebates and administrative fee programs.
Current Need
We are seeking a high‑performing, self‑motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast‑paced Rebates team. This role is responsible for executing customer rebates and administrative fees in accordance with contractual terms, managing accruals, reporting and analytics, general ledger reconciliations, and issue resolution through impact analysis and root cause investigation. The role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to support month‑end close and ongoing operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize and administer rebate and admin fees for Specialty Health and Community Pharmacy Health customers.
- Support increasingly complex and customized rebate offerings through accurate analytics and financial oversight.
- Produce accurate and timely management and customer reporting.
- Monitor financial risk and performance, proactively identifying issues, recommending mitigations, and communicating impacts to stakeholders.

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Deal Development, Pricing, Account Management, FP&A, and Technology teams to support various initiatives.

- Perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of work.
Minimum Job Qualification
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant finance experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience reviewing contract language.
- Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, AI/Copilot).
Critical Skills
- Experience in accounting, finance, financial analytics, or rebate programs.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results through concise written and verbal communication.
- Experience with SAP or another large ERP.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to deliver time‑sensitive work in a dynamic environment.
- Embrace digital tools and ways of working to improve efficiency and outcomes.
