Job Summary |
The Senior Property Accountant will oversee general accounting operations for our hospitality businesses. The responsibilities include reviewing daily and monthly reconciliations, preparing journal entries, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, participating in and preparing month-end close entries, and guiding the Budgeting and Forecasting activities of the property. They will engage directly with the property through weekly trips and participate in property leadership meetings. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, and the attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas. |
