Position Summary

The Senior Project Accountant plays a critical role in supporting Electrolit's continued growth by leading accounting workstreams for strategic, cross-functional initiatives. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position operates in a hybrid role that blends hands-on accounting execution with project leadership, ensuring that new processes, systems, and business initiatives are designed correctly from an accounting, control, and reporting perspective from day one.

This role owns accounting-related initiatives from concept through full operational deployment, personally executing key accounting work, building scalable and compliant processes, and transitioning solutions to the operational accounting team in a turnkey, sustainable state. The Senior Project Accountant acts as a trusted partner to Finance, IT, Operations, and Process Improvement teams and is expected to bring structure, accountability, and clarity within a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products environment.
